Quinceañera Planning: The Checklist Item Everyone Forgets

By Antoinette Murray · 2026-07-27 · 4 min read

By the time a family calls me about a quinceañera, they’ve usually spent months on the dress, the court, the DJ, the food, and the photographer. The call often starts the same way: “We just realized we have 200 people coming and two bathrooms.” If that’s you — you’re not behind, you’re right on time. Here’s how we make restrooms the easiest line on your checklist.

Why quinceañeras are different

A quinceañera isn’t a four-hour dinner party. It’s often an all-evening celebration with multiple generations — abuelitas who deserve comfort and cleanliness, little cousins running in and out, and a birthday girl in a very big dress who cannot manage a porta-potty. Our trailer has full-size private stalls, real mirrors for touch-ups, running water, and climate control for those long summer nights.

The photo moment nobody plans for

Here’s something I’ve seen at so many quinces: the courtyard photos happen, the dancing starts, and at some point the birthday girl needs a private, clean, well-lit space to fix her hair, adjust the dress, and breathe for five minutes. The trailer ends up being that space. Fresh florals, warm lighting, a full-length mirror — it’s a little sanctuary in the middle of a 200-person party.

What it costs for a typical quince

Our rate is $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, and most quinceañeras run 5–6 hours of trailer time — roughly $750–$900, with free delivery within 40 miles of Gardena. That includes me or Reginald personally delivering, setting up, styling the interior, and picking everything up after. No subcontractors, no surprises on the invoice.

How to check this off your list today

Spring and summer weekends book quickly, so reserve 4–6 weeks ahead if you can. Tell us your date, your guest count, and the address — backyard, hall, or church courtyard — and we’ll handle the rest. Learn more about our quinceañera service, request a quote, or call or text me at 424-319-0112. One more thing off your list, and one more thing your guests will actually compliment.
