The first question almost everyone asks when they call us is the same: what does a luxury restroom trailer actually cost? And too many rental companies make you fill out a form and wait three days to find out. We think that’s backwards. I answer our phone, so let me answer the question the way I would if you called today.
Our pricing, with no mystery
Deluxe Flush charges $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. That means a typical event starts at $600. Delivery is free within 40 miles of Gardena — which covers most of Los Angeles, the South Bay, Long Beach, and a good stretch of Orange County. Between 40 and 70 miles, we add a mileage fee that we confirm with your quote before you commit to anything.
That rate isn’t just the trailer parked on your lawn. It includes delivery, setup, and breakdown by one of us personally, full cleaning and sanitation, and interior styling so the trailer looks like it belongs at your event.
What drives restroom trailer pricing in LA
When you compare quotes around Los Angeles, four things move the number more than anything else:
- Rental duration. Most companies price by the day; we price by the hour so a 4-hour graduation party doesn’t pay for 24 hours it doesn’t need.
- Distance. Delivery fees are where hidden costs live. Always ask what radius is included.
- Trailer size and condition. A multi-stall luxury unit with climate control costs more to run than a basic porta-potty alternative — and your guests will feel the difference.
- Service level. Ask who actually shows up. A subcontracted drop-off is not the same as an owner staying until everything is right.
Hourly vs. daily pricing: do the math
A $1,200 “day rate” sounds comparable to our $150/hr until you remember most events need a trailer for five or six hours. At Deluxe Flush, six hours is $900, delivered, set up, styled, and picked up. For shorter events, the gap gets wider. Before you book anyone, take their day rate, divide it by the hours you’ll actually use, and compare honestly.
Questions to ask any rental company
Whether you book with us or not, ask these before you sign: Is delivery included, and to my zip code? Who performs setup? Is the unit climate controlled? What happens if something breaks mid-event? How is the trailer cleaned between rentals? A company with good answers won’t hesitate to give them.

Every event is a little different, and I’d rather give you an exact number than a range on a blog post. Request a quote and Reginald or I will reply personally, usually within one business day — or see our full pricing breakdown first. You can also call or text us at 424-319-0112.
